- No pick up. Will secure for BPHC collector. 1 needle. Franklin Park by Shattuck. Bench overlooking picnic area. We’ve cleaned this area so when one paraphernalia piece is found you know to look for a needle. It works. (Plz see pic of bench; it’s dark where we make these reports and removals, and pick up trash.)
