- Bricks | The nature of the problem: [Caller states work was done about a month ago and patched up with black tar. However, this is a brick sidewalk, so the caller is requesting the issue be fixed with bricks, as it is the only location on the sidewalk where there aren't any bricks. Caller states the tar is also uneven.]
