- This building has been vacant since 2017, and has been in a state of partial demolition for over 2 years. The temporary construction fencing has an 8 foot gap on the southerly side of the site, and anyone wishing to gain access may do so at any time. It is a hazard to the adjacent residential neighborhood, and an insulting eyesore. Construction debris has been dumped on the site, directly adjacent to flowed tidelands. |
