- 917 east Broadway all fenced off, no snow was shoveled last two storms and now they're gutting out the whole building which the permit only states to remove fixtures and mechanicals with some roof work and new windows nothing to do with gutting inside of building. That has led to dumpster taking up two parking spots in neighborhood.
