What is the nature of the problem: [Const. states along Bremen St between Porter St and Maverick St, there has been a huge influx of birds in this area, appear to be crows. Dozens of birds at a time are weighing down the power lines, flocking on peoples properties, makes nests in peoples roofs, and defecating everywhere. Requesting inspection/mitigation]
