- Other | Details: [Constituent states on the first floor of this building there has been a window open for 2 weeks after tenants moved out. Since then there has been a loud beeping noise coming from the apartment. Have tried reaching out to the property managers to see if they could at least just close the window so it is not so loud. Says it is very disturbing and not sure who else to ask for assistance.] Exact location: [smoke alarm beeping for 2 weeks]
