Snow salt plow truck has been abandoned for 8 months and just collecting tickets. It is preventing street cleaning operations and emergency vehicles access. There is limited parking please tow. I am not sure if the tags are even registered. Front plate missing and no inspections or verified up to date registration that is actually registered to this truck. Please ticket and tow.
