- 130 P Street has garbage and filth around the back of their property. Boxes have been there for several months. Rats are living there. Yesterday we saw huge rat droppings at our back door and neighbors across the street tell us they’re seeing rats run down our alley and on P St in front of their house. This is an ongoing issue with multiple 311 requests submitted by us and our neighbors. Please do something about unkept poor conditions of their property and fine them for the rats already! There is too much development! I haven’t seen one rat box at 130 P street yet my husband and I have them even though we don’t have rats! We pay money to Boris Pest Service monthly and it’s not fair that this property with absentee landlords do nothing.
