- Unkempt overgrown grass | Details: [I own 16 Wall Street it is a row house and shares a wall and roof. For decades my neighbor (#15) has been completely negligent with the maintenance of his property. Tree branches and vines grow above and through our shared fence and into my property. My tenants have noticed constant rodent activity. The overgrowth is unsanitary and unsafe. I believe it also depreciates the value of my home. I would like to file an official complaint and would be grateful for an inspector to help us rectify this.
