- This has been reported to the MBTA multiple times and they have refused to do anything about it. Lower Forest Hills parking lot - Washington Street MBTA Employee is YET AGAIN illegally parked in an handicap spot. No handicap placard or license plate. This has occurred multiple times over the last few months. There are dedicated parking spots for MBTA employees - the spots for PAYING customers of the lot and MBTA are not for this loser.
