Description
The rock “guzzler” is back on Beacon Hill. Cambridge street near West Cedar. It’s big, incredibly loud and has inflicted mental anguish for hours on end, and usually until late at night. Why does the city allow this late night activity without regard for residents? Because the city doesn’t care.
