- The owners of the building next door are starting considering hours that are not in accordance to quiet enjoyment of life. Started bring trucks in and loud talking at 4a.m. this morning. This has got to stop. I cannot function amd pay rent with this happening. I understand the owner is trying to get tenants in and thet need to finish the work but not at the expense of tenants on the street who have to work and get up early for work. Please have someone stop this invasion.
