Description
Seymour & Rowe street intersection needs stop sign, crosswalk, and speed bumps installed. Since the Canterbury bridge closure the amount of cars and speed is unrestricted. It’s been closed for three months and will remain the detour route for years. The city needs to respond to make this street safer.
