- Chronic daily issue at the intersection of Columbus Ave and Clarendon St. Individual blocks public passage on the sidewalk with a large sign, chair, and bucket. The individual at times exhibits aggressive behavior and makes rude comments to passersby. Daily hand-to-hand transactions occur here with specific people coming from the direction of 140 Clarendon St, whom the individual appears to know. See attached photo. Please coordinate code enforcement and police investigation at this specific corner.
