Description
Fruit vendor out of a white van parks around 3171-3175 Washington st every day except Sundays from 12-6 (weather permiting). Sits right outside residential building and causes unnecessary noise. May not need permit as they are selling uncut fruit, but they should still need a hawkers/peddlers license to set up on a public sidewalk and it is unclear if they have this. Please enforce this ordinance.
