Description: This sign says no stopping any time tow zone. This car is parked directly beneath the sign. A black SUV just pulled up behind trying to turn right into BMC not knowing this car was parked in a no stopping zone. He almost caused an accident when he had to pull out back into the travel lane to go around the illegally parked car and enter into BMC. This is just one of the many MANY times each day that cars illegally stopping here cause incidents for drivers and pedestrians. We need some sort of enforcement or something to curb this. it's all day every day and it's crazy!!!!
