Resolved. There are two vegicles parked on street with out valid plates . I Spoke with employees of shop and they denied vehicles belong to them. We can't right or tow cars from the street , BTD or BPD can ticket and tow vehicles from the street. I referred to have vehicles towed case #101006714290.
