Resolved. Request Completed - Stubs around base of tree pruned/flattened out by SH. Tree is still showing signs of life despite fungal activity. If the condition of the tree declines next spring or summer please submit a new 311 case.

Description
The tree outside my house should come down - it’s dying, shooting up suckers that are cut back and leave sharp edges. We have small children in neighborhood that could get seriously hurt if they fall off their bikes, scooters, skateboards. Other trees in my neighborhood have been marked to come down. Save city tax dollars and replace this dying nuisance. I have planted 2 new trees in my backyard so I am not anti-tree
