The parking lot is extremely dark because one of the lights on top of the school are no longer lit. This area attracts a lot of negative activity which will increase with no lighting. UNLEASHED DOGS everywhere on this park, some of those dogs lunge at people and wildlife on Back Bay Fens. This morning a woman was walking her UNLEASHED German Shepherd dog on the park along Park Drive street, and this animal tried to bite me. When I complained about her dog, this woman was verbally abusive. Majority of dog owners are continueing to ignore the lease law. My children are at risk from these dogs whilst they are in the park. It is very evident all over but especially around near the river. I am writing about trash collection on the Southwest Corridor Park in Jamaica Plain. It seems that whoever collects the trash from the barrels consistently forgets the barrel where Spalding St. Turns into Rosemary St. It is always overflowing....even as other barrels were repainted last week this barrel was left heaping with trash. | SR Area: [Ground Maintenance]
