Please watch the bikes run over pedestrians during 8-9:30 am and 4-5 pm. A speed bump is needed and pedestrians have the right of way on the sidewalk, and in cross walks. | SR Area: [Design & Construction]

I am not sure if this is the correct problem type. The lights on the tennis courts here only ever have 2 sets of the lights turn on, essentially only lighting one court making the other four courts unplayable after dark. Furthermore, these two sets of lights continue to stay on throughout the entirety of the day when not needed. | SR Area: [Trades]

I apologize if this email lands in the the wrong place and ask that you kindly forward on my concerns to the appropriate party. I applaud the wonderful renovations made to Flaherty Pool. It is a great space for the community. I am concerned that there are many many breaks for "pool maintenance" in the daily schedule, leading up to well over 2 hours! The most disruptive is from 4:30 to 5p when many families are removed from the pool for 30 minutes. I would ask that you re-examine the schedule to determine if this much pool maintenance actually occurs on a daily basis. There is a bees nest inside the steel post of older children's jungle gym - specificly the steel support post of twisted ladder. Child climbed up ladder, disturbed bees and swarm encircled the child. | SR Type: [Play Equipment] SR Area: [Trades]

There are 3 trees which have not been planted on the green space along Columbia Road in So. Boston between G and H streets. Greeno Tree Spade Service was planting, but did not complete. This morning there were two liquors bottles trash and ehat appears to be two drug baggies on the round metal sitting area. I've cleaned them up and put then inside the woooden tree since there are NO trash cans here anymore | SR Type: [Cleaning/Trash] SR Area: [Ground Maintenance]

This request is for Charlesgate area located between Boylston, Charlesgate East, Ipswich St and the Bowker Overpass.
