By allowing vehicles to park on the sidewalk across from the police station for the past year, the PUBLIC sidewalk is now destroyed and in terrible shape. Good job. I will keep reporting illegal parking here until the city actually does something. This needs to stop NOW.

Broken sidewalk on corner of Park Plaza and Charles St South. Strollers and wheelchair get stuck in the crack. Also a tripping hazard. Please fix.

Approx 5 flags/ tree roots severly uplifting flags (stubtoe)/ Dist 6 Patch Crew has made safe with asphalt/ high priority (high trip hazard), cones have also been placed around the trouble area. Intersection of W. Rox Pkwy and New Park Ave.

There is no handicap ramp on this side of Park Plaza in front of park plaza bldg (20 park plaza) leading across to hadassah way which leads to public garden and boston common. Street is very wide and is a no stopping zone in front of bldg: a chance to add bump out as part of ramp extension.
