Neighbors mattress has not been picked up on 3 consecutive trash days and now is attracting homeless guests who are doing drugs and leaving needles. This area needs to be cleaned up.

Across from the Dorchester Ave / Howell street intersection. There is a cutout in the fencing. Inside is trash, mattresses, and needles. I keep reporting this and reported to DOT as well but it's still here and I keep finding new (used) needles outside

4 people now living on a mattress and openly injecting heroin. Cop laughed at me when I asked if he could move them along. Not a safe situation for anyone.
