8 Roach St, Dorchester, Ma, 02125

See BCS-00238479, "Housing Inspection: Roach Infestation I am requesting a housing inspection of my apartment at 8 Roach Street, Unit 3, Dorchester. There is an ongoing cockroach infestation despite recent professional extermination, and I continue to find both live and dead cockroaches in the apartment, primarily in the kitchen and bathroom. The property has recurring issues with overflowing trash and dumpsters. Public City of Boston records also reflect repeated sanitation violations at this property related to improper trash storage and overflowing dumpsters. There is visible moisture staining and evidence of a recurring leak beneath the kitchen sink, along with previous plumbing issues that have been reported through maintenance requests. Additionally, the rear stairwell was blocked by a mattress for several months, preventing use of the rear exit until it was recently removed. These issues have been reported through multiple maintenance requests, but several conditions remain unresolved. I am requesting an inspection of both the apartment and the common areas. I can provide photographs, maintenance records, and additional documentation if it would be helpful, and I would appreciate the opportunity to be present during the inspection." | Any children under 6 years of age: [No] Occupants name and contact info: [Same as Caller]
