Constituent experience during this short time several violations to the housing code and my requests for the unsanitary and unsafe conditions to be addressed have gone largely unmet. Here below a short list (I have also emails, photos and movies documenting this). When I moved in I found:the gas valve fully rusted, not operable (I can not rotate by hand) and I sometimes smell gas,fecal matter in the bathroom, scraps in the kitchen, mice excrements in several places, pest traps full of bugs hidden across the apartment, broken glass, mosquito net and curtain of the window that has still not been replacedthe apartment is infested by cockroaches, despite 12 traps I kill several every day. I found bed bug despite my bed and mattress were totally new and I did not travel anywhere They entered in my apartment without notifying me while I was outside The internal courtyard of the building has trash left open, which adds further sanitary concerns.
