Mr. Pratt had called previously to complain about the condition of his carpet. That issue has been resolved. This complaint is in regards to the clutter in the basement. For the past few months we have been living with mold, mice, and bed bugs in our apartment. The management has been good to take care of the mice at various times during our lease and the mold we recently brought to their attention. However, the bed bugs have been a huge disaster of an experience. Back in March a roommate of ours had found a substantial infestation in his mattress and after talking to the tenants living downstairs, learned that they had had them for some time now in their apartment (That being 145 St Alphonsus Street, the first floor of our three story apartment building). The next day the exterminator happened to be here checking for mice and explained that he would spray the room the week we were home for spring vacation. That would be the week of March 3rd. When we returned there seemed to be no problem except that the tenants at 145 said that no action was taken on their apartment. A couple months pass and now it is the beginning of May and I am getting bitten all over in my room. I immediately contact Advanced Realty Management for help. There was evidence of bed bugs they were on the mattress eggshells fecal matter bloodstains on the curtains .  So notice written.

Mouse traps everywhere, just moveed in and subletted place, dirty and matresses in bad conditions, blood spots on pillows, mold and mildew in bathroom. Paid professional cleaning before  she arrived from outside of state yesterday. only saw space on internet, saw what she thought was bed bugs on the mattress.
