Problem: [Constituent reports it is very dark on this street at night and it makes it difficult to drivers to turn safely without a light.]

Problem: [The problem is its pitch black in this location at night . First its dangerous around methadone mile. Second, every morning we find drug needles in this ally. So people are shooting up down here every day and have to call in needle pickups. Trash also builds up rapidly. Why not fix all these issues in one go? Add a light post and a camera aimed down the ally and towards mass ave]

Problem: [Constituent states that Warren street is too dark at night and it makes it difficult to drive.]

Problem: [Consttuent reports across from this address there is space on the street for another street light, this would create back ups as the two lights on the other side of the street have been out for awhile due to underground problems.]

Problem: [Requesting two street lights be installed in front of this corner house, one on Sycamore and another on Hawthorne st. States there were 2 boxes put in at this location on the sidewalk for street lights to be put here but they not been installed.]

Problem: [Constituent states there was a street light at this address that was knocked down folowing an accident about a month ago, and has been missing ever since. Constituent would like to know when the light was going to be reinstalled.]
