we are struggling with the property management to address garbage removal in the backyard, which is attracting numerous rats and emitting a terrible smell. The presence of dead rats indicates a potential health hazard. We do not feel that our concerns are being taken seriously. I wanted to express this here, but I will also file a specific complaint. We live at 2 Redfield St Dorchester MA, 02122. The property manager didn't address the issue despite the numerous complaints from all neighbours. I had to clean some bins myself that were filled with bugs, dead rodents and poop.

I live at 92 Eutaw Street in East Boston and we had a severe roach problem the last few summers that is from 96 Eutaw Street

Dozens of rats crawling all over the place going into holes and all over the overflowing dumpster. Absolutely disgusting

I resident at 524 Cambridge Street. Apt1 since Sep15,2023 and facing with Tick that seems like or sometimes that thinking about it came together. Ticjs snd bed bugs. So after got this trouble I contacted to Hamilton union start on Ending of February and startreport to management March 4 by srnd request on website communication with Hamilton Unions. Until April that pest control are come to prerforns sprays at all After Apr 23 and will back ti resprays at till now NI ANY UPDATE OR SEEN THEIRS COME AROUND LIKE BEFORE I request to management again by the laws and didnot receivd help from management that I request for change units that they're having available I requested change on April 1 and yes NO RESPOND BACK TO RENTER THAT SUPPOSED TO TAKING CARE OF THIS CASE.
