The property of 274-276 Bowdoin Street has a lot of loose trash in the back yard and is harboring a number of large rat burrows. Could you please speak with the owner and make sure they have a pest control company hired to treat the property weekly? They also need to clean up all of the loose trash and debris at the property - it is constantly a mess. Tenants throw rubbish from their windows/back decks onto the ground.

I live at 34 Isabella Street and come home to a HORRID smell, only to find 3 dead mice under the stove!!!! The landlords have not hired a professional to come in and find the ROOT of the issue. They have only laid traps that are not clearly not working if we keep seeing more and more mice. This is disgusting and beyond hazardous to our health.

We have a persistent mice issue in our unit (34 Isabella St Unit 9), with mouse feces and traces found in beds, kitchens, on coffee tables, and throughout the living room. I’ve even found mice digging through soil in my plants. Despite the building management’s claims of sending exterminators, the problem continues, and we still see mice several times a week. All other units in this building have the same issue.

Illegal bodyshop and loud music everyday on the street. Trash, litter left behind including alcohol glass bottles rats sighting.

We've seen rats for the very first time by the condemned property next to ours at 19 Fresno St, Roslindale
