    Guy who lives at 24 McKone Street, is feeding rats everyday in his back yard. That back yard has become a breeding ground of rats that are spilling over into the neighboring yards. He’s been feeding them for at least the past year…..took some sleuthing to follow the trail of where the rats were running to/from. Absolutely disgusting and a major health hazard. The neighbors on this street are sick and tired of the rat problem. Nobody wants to live next door to a yard full of rats!!
