test- Rat in

Multiple rats sighted around property at 152 Russett Road, West Roxbury, extending into neighboring properties and Hynes Field. I live at 493 Weld Street and am seeing rat dropping on my exterior basement window sills and around the perimeter of my property. Have lived here for decades and never seen prior to this point. An elderly woman resides in the property at 152 Russett Rd, behind my house. The property is badly deteriorated with back porch falling away from building, holes in roof and siding, broken stairs, etc. It is very unsafe and unsanitary.

Rats burrowing in yard

In the backyard of the building in noble court and sunmer street corner there is a rat nest. These rats are going to other houses in the court. Could anyone inspect them? Thanks

I live at 324 Shawmut Ave in the south end. Over the past year or so, rat activity in our back yard has increased dramatically. While we have an active pest control company, our neighboring property (324 shawmut) has visible burrows that we can not treat from our back yard. The activity in the neighboring yard is quite intense, I see rats almost every time I go outside at night. My suspicion is that they have visible burrows that are not being treated and they keep trash on their back deck (I have also seen racoons go up there before). I have also seen rats enter their building through a hole in a basement window. There may also be issues on the entire block or our other neighbor but its hard to tell.
