123 125 Minot St, Dorchester, Ma, 02122Feeding rats and rodents in their backyard - 123/125 Minot Street, and their next door (Karen McNutt) neighbor are using their backyards to feed rats and rodents - this type of behavior is a major problem. They are throwing peanuts into their backyards feeding the rats - the rats now are eating through our trash barrels - coming into homes - they are causing a major health crisis for us all.

Mice in sink mice droppings cockroaches in display case on crossinets garbage left behind counter spoke to management and was told they would contact owner but today I noticed more mice place is infested with rodents and cockroaches

After following up on a complaint at Heidi's House of Coffee (350 Longwood Ave.) of a guest who stated they had observed mice/cockroaches in the display case my findings were as follows: I met with the manager on duty and made her aware of the situation. I checked the display case and did not observe any rodent/insect activity. I then conducted a full sanitary inspection where I cited 2Core Violations with a re-inspection scheduled for 5/27/2026. I did observe several dead roaches under the counter and 3 bay sink. I then requested copies of there most recent pest control report which will be provided at the time of the re-inspection.
