18 Pond St, 5, Jamaica Plain, Ma, 02130Constituent states there is an infestation of mice and roaches in this unit. They are caked on under the stove, fridge, dishwasher and in the vents. Can not use the stove because the smell from the mice feces and roaches is unbareable. Reported this rodent activity the first week he moved in and they sent a pest control company about a week ago to check it out. Have gone down to the housing director and explained his issues. Was sitting there for an hour before he was even spoke to. Explained to director that he was in a crisis and she told him she was busy and she would get back to him, she is 20 hours behind in her work. Unit was also not cleaned before moving in. Resident requires a live in care taker. Has serious health conditions can not leave in these conditions. Has to only eat food he can cook in the microwave because he can not use the stove to cook. 24 Everdean Street dumping food from the food bank on her front lawn. This woman goes to a different food bank every single day, drives a brand new car, designer handbags. We have a rat infestation because of the food she steals from the poor.
