    I reported rats/mice in kitchen the first week of Nov 2025. Asked the landlord multiple times (Nov 10, 16, 19, 22) to plug holes under kitchen sink. They plugged holes in the basement between the 16th and 22nd but no one came until the 25th to plug holes under the sink. I sent photos of droppings on 11/22. There is a brush pile & overgrown bamboo thicket in the back yard that has been unaddressed for months. Rats are still visible in backyard.

    This house is derelict and is infested with rats. Multiple holes around the foundation.

    Rats seen coming from under construction debris that has been there for over a month. Located on the backside of the house. This house is a constant problem for the neighborhood due to an absentee landlord and unclean tenants.
