the caller lives in a Mahoney Properties managed building. His apartment is suppossed to be fumigated. two weeks ago they were told they would be relocated while the apt. was renovated and fumigated. Mahoney properties said ther were no bed bugs in the apartment. When the movers arrived they said there were bed bugs on the furniture so the furniture is in the truck being treated. via web (cannot fit entire letter into this eform): Greetings, My name is Ryan Yurewicz and I live at 147 St Alphonsus Street Boston, MA 02120. For the past few months we have been living with mold, mice, and bed bugs in our apartment. The management has been good to take care of the mice at various times during our lease and the mold we recently brought to their attention. However, the bed bugs have been a huge disaster of an experience. Back in March a roommate of ours had found a substantial infestation in his mattress and after talking to the tenants living downstairs, learned that they had had them for some time now in their apartment (That being 145 St Alphonsus Street, the first floor of our three story apartment building). The next day the exterminator happened to be here checking for mice and explained that he would spray the room the week we were home for spring vacation. That would be the week of March 3rd. When we returned there seemed to be no problem except that the tenants at 145 said that no action was taken on their apartment. A couple months pass and now it is the beginning of May and I am getting bitten all over in my room. I immediately contact Advanced Realty Management for help.
