What is the nature of the problem: [There is a Car Wash Van (plain white van) that is parked outside of the residence, illegally washing cars. The van is illegally parked, holds no proper licensing or permits. Also, they are not disposing of chemical wastes appropriately and dumping onto the residence front lawn area which has children that reside and play there. BPD has told the business owner that they cannot park there or continue doing business, but they still are.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states the autobody shop at 215 talbot ave is parking dozens of cars along talbot ave. Constituent states the cars have missing parts and bumpers and have been parked out there for weeks. Constituent is requesting inspection and ticketing.]
