What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states there is a mobile car cleaning company on this street. He is telling people where they can and can not park on the street because he needs spots for the cars he is going to clean. Called yesterday regarding this same person out here doing this. Was first on Talbot ave, now on Helen st.]

What is the nature of the problem: [C&J Auto Repair parks 10+ cars they work on on the street instead of their lot. Residents unable to park on the street.]

BPD has been out multiple times, advised constituent to call us to add to our radar as well. Constituent states they are here from about 6-10pm, banging and revving engines. Asking if someone can come regulary check this out. States they through all the tickets BPD has given them in the street.]
