Constituent states owners of this home had the basement dug out about a year ago and have just left the piles of dirt around the yard. They have started working on the basement recently but have not removed these piles of dirt that they dug out. There is now grass growing on top of the mounds of dirt and it is attracting rodents. ISD advised caller to report to 311.
