Once again, only ONE elevator is working in the Longfellow Place Towers. How is this legal for a 38 floor apartment building??? They got fined for failing the state elevator inspection but nothing is changing or being fixed. This isn’t safe.

38-40 Clayton St does not have a valid short term rental registration. They have minimum stays of one night. They are advertising stays of of 14 guests which is over the 10 guest maximum. Please refer to ticket #101005863766. Last month these unregistered short term rentals were blocked due to not qualifying. Less than one month later, the host has just created new listings. Can you please request that the listings are blocked again? All the same issues apply: The first listing advertises 16+ guests and the 2nd and third listing advertise 13+ guests. This is far over the 10 guest STR limit of Boston. Each listing has 1 night minimums. This home does not have a residential exemption as all units are being used as a business. It does not qualify for a home share, limited share, or owner adjacent STR. Why does the city allow property owners to use AIRBNB in non owner occupied buildings with more than 3 units 120 Appleton is being used like a rooming house. It probably helps that the owner contributes to Mayor Wu's campaigns. And the little guy just gets screwed again

Short term rental, removed from ABNB but still on other sites. Every weekend it’s rented with multiple non-resident/out of state vehicles parking in residential parking.
