Constituent wanted to report illegal vending on their street (previous case 101006679393) which is attracting vehicles to their street which results in a lot of illegal parking from non residents. Constituent states that these operations have been happening in the evening on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays | Type of item for sale: [Constituent believes there is an illegal bar operating on their street]

Constituent reports that the residents of 86 Astoria St, Mattapan have been using their garage as a social gathering place after turning it into a bar. Constituent states that visitors are always arriving at this location, clogging up parking on the street by parking illegally. Constituent also states that the residents of that address are regularly seen sellign food out of their garage on Fridays around 5pm, so they want that aspect looked into as well, since they believe that the resident isn't allowed to do these things.
