What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports that body shop is parking cars with work being done on street, taking up parking spots. They note a Grey Toyota, Green Toyota, White Acura, and a Blue Jeep.]

Illegal body shop. Has been reported before. Multiple unregistered vehicles, noise and odors in quiet residential area. Constant illegal activity with no repercussions. |
