Rv parked for months

A Car has been parked in my street for a month. No one has moved it. And it’s occupieng that whole side parking. Neighbors and tenants are also complaining about short parking spots. And this is 2 way traffic . HONDA ODYSSEY plate 3WH197

Car alarm keeps going off intermittently

There are two cars parked directly in front of my house that have been there for no fewer than three weeks. My parents are older and I would like access to the bottom of my stairs. I know it’s a city street, but the fact that these people come and park their car and then abandoned it is very very frustrating. One apparently works for Uber…regardless, I wish they would find somewhere else to park instead of a residential neighborhood. Please help. BLACK HONDA CRV MA 6RDJ53
