Doughboy Donuts has water runoff onto the sidewalk. Does that need to be dealt with?

There is a detour sign on Messinger St that sends you into a dead end st on Colorado because of the road paving on Itasca. Const. is requesting this be changes so the detour sign does not get someone stuck in traffic. DPW said to resubmit to roadway repair. 101006314347 | Cause of damage: [Other]

This morning, gray water was pouring out of the curb in front of 13 charter street and flooding the length of the street. Whatever water source was on and draining into the street was off 30 minutes later, but there is clearly a drainage issue from 13 Charter that is affecting the street and going down the storm drain at the corner of Hanover and Charter.

Newly installed ramps block water drainage on multiple residential streets.
