    I’m writing to report repeated sightings of rats in my neighbor’s yard at 184 Cornell St. Just today, I saw another rat cross their yard and enter the shed on the property. This has been an ongoing issue and is becoming a serious concern for health and safety in the neighborhood. I’m requesting that the city please investigate the property for potential rodent harborages and take any necessary action to address the situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
