The constituent also states the property owner often takes trash and dumps it at 95 Normandy: a mattress, piece of a fence and a mini fridge. The constituent states this is an ongoing issue, it has caused an increase in rodent activity and they along with other neighbors have reported this issue several times, and the property ownwer has locked the gate in order to avoid code enforcement. The constituent is requesting assistance with this matter.]
