    Dumpsters located on Whitten street that belong to the building on 451-457 Adams Street are a complete mess. Mattress has been there for weeks there’s a giant dead rat that looks like it’s been there for a week. This is consistently a mess and has a lot of rodent activity nothing is ever done about this after numerous complaints to the city.
