Owners of unit 1 consistently park their mid-size car and mid-large size recreational van in front-side yard of property. Parked vehicle significantly impedes line of sight for vehicles exiting driveway that predates unit owners parking space. Many families with young children live on street and there is a elementary school at the top of street. We have a lot of foot traffic and parked vehicles prevent exiting drivers from seeing foot traffic coming from Chestnut St. towards Centre St. Unit owners did apply for a permit to move an existing curb cut. Curb cut was located on right side of house. They moved curb cut to left side of house, along property line and existing driveway to rear parking for neighbors. Permit to move curb cut was approved but it is unclear if they were approved for a side yard parking space.
