The lot owners have been longstanding violators of this issue (101005759312, 101005742094) Constituent states code enforcement has spoken to the owners of the lot and they said they would move their vehicles. However, since then the owners have not only not moved the vehicles but now have a large commercial dumpsters overflowing with huge plastic barrels of possibly hazardous origin. | Exact location: [Actual address is 43 harwood, empty lot that abutts 103 Lucerne]
