Street light at entrance to Charlesgate E has been out for months. It makes the crosswalk on Boylston pitch black. Reported this 36 business days ago. "Normal delivery service for a street light outage is within 7-10 business days"

Street light opposite 165 Commonwealth Ave. is malfunctioning. It continues to flicker at night and doesn’t provide a steady source of light

All the street lights on this block are not working. They were installed months ago and are still not working. Can you please fix the problem. Thank you.

One of two newly installed double acorns out. Probably 10 in total. Not a major system failure but the lights should be investigated and repaired.

The same set of lights keep going out and or blinking on comm ave. I’ve submit reports over the last few weeks, they come out, fix it, close the report, and then it resumes again. There are two lights out right now. They will sometimes flicker and then turn off or on. Comm ave. Outside 167 comm ave.
