There is ongoing construction taking place outside the permitted hours near my building. The noise is very loud and disruptive, especially during midnight around 2am! It sounds like heavy equipment and machinery. Construction has been occurring across 170 Brookline Ave, Boston 02215, at around 1:30 to 2:00am on Nov 8th. I checked the City of Boston’s public permit database and did not find any active after-hours construction permit for this location. This is also not the first day I heard such noise after hour! Please have an inspector check if the site has an active after-hours permit and take appropriate action. A photo of heavy truck has been attached with a clock from my watch.
