On 12-3 I noticed fallen wood on the steps of the uninhabited 144 N Street. Since more material has fallen and the pillar base on the left side of the stairs has sagged further left. It’s concerning and an eyesore for the residents of N street, owners and tenants, who keep our street safe and looking great.

Leaking rain gutters and water dripping

Defective heater unit, heater inside is over heating due to being defective and is not blowing out hot heat no more that 2 and half hours a day. It doesn't come on during the day time or at night. Landlord isn't providing adequate heat and refuses to fix it. The buttons are broken, blowing out dirt & debris, the air conditioning turns on once the heat goes off.
