Resolved. Parks Suggestion Received - The trees in question are experiencing drought stress and have dropped their leaves for the season. There are still live buds throughout the canopy. The trees will continue to be monitored for health going forward.

Noted. No issue found at location - The leaf scorch is most likely due to drought stress and other external factors. Given the lack of canopy in Chinatown, and the fact that the tree still has some sort of growth, we will retain the tree until the next growing season. If it fails to leaf out in the spring, please make another case.
